Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under their account.
Customer Content
You retain ownership of all documents, prompts, financial models, pitch decks, and other content you upload.
You grant Hatch a limited license to host, process, analyze, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Services.
AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and should be independently reviewed before making financial, legal, tax, or investment decisions.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the platform, violate laws, interfere with security, scrape the service, reverse engineer proprietary systems, or upload unlawful content.

Payments
Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected plan unless canceled.
Intellectual Property
Hatch owns the platform, software, branding, and underlying technology.

Limitation of Liability
